Rudolf Lukeš Prize

Spotlighting the top scientific personalities in Czech chemistry

Every year the Experientia Foundation awards the Rudolf Lukeš Prize of 100,000 CZK to a single top Czech scientist.

Spotlighting the best scientists and their achievements will increase the motivation of the scientific community to achieve excellence. That is the hope behind the Rudolf Lukeš Prize, which is awarded annually to an elite scientist in the field of organic, bioorganic or medicinal chemistry by the Czech Chemical Society’s Expert Group on Organic, Bioorganic and Pharmaceutical Chemistry in cooperation with the Experientia Foundation for an outstanding body of original work in the field published in the last five years in prestigious international journals.
